Lorikeet in-app AI agent for self-serve users
Led product and design for Coach, an in-app agent that lets users self-serve their Lorikeet deployments. This includes developing evals to maintain quality.

Designer with strong product intuition, working in code. Experienced in AI and B2B SaaS.
I've been a product designer for 5 years, currently working at a Series A startup called Lorikeet AI, where I design customer service agents. I have strong product intuition and ship code using AI coding tools. I'm particularly interested in how design shapes human behaviour and I play with this in my work. I previously worked in the growth team at Atlassian where I developed this intuition on shaping user behaviour through designs and achieving business outcomes. I'm also a public speaker, presenting about design at conferences including Design Outlook 2025 and SXSW 2025.

Led product and design of an AI QA product, one of the only tools that uses AI to judge whether support agents followed standard operating procedures.
A growth experiment on the Jira team: threaded conversations that helped teams collaborate, improving response times and lifting active users.

Main-stage talks on building a culture of experimentation, given to 400 people at Design Outlook 2025 and again at SXSW Sydney.

A podcast I co-founded and host about finding your place in the world and growing an impactful career. 28 episodes, grown to over 10,000 listens.

A community of junior designers in tech I co-founded in Sydney, meeting monthly over dinner: product, brand, graphic, and service designers.
I love entering case competitions and hackathons. I really enjoy the process of taking a problem and solving it under a deadline with a team, and I have been recognised at a number of them.
